CITIES'
MOSQUITO SPRAYING DOES MORE HARM THAN GOOD
GLENDALE, CA, August 25, 2004 --/WORLD-WIRE/-- Mosquito control
by the majority of U.S. cities is comprised of spray trucks running
down the middle of the road spewing out a mild poison in a mist,
which drifts for a few feet off the road and settles. The mosquitoes
are in the yards, sides of houses and back yards where the trucks
never go. Mosquitoes live from sucking plant juices - they are
in the grass, trees, shrubs and those are the areas that need
spraying.
These city trucks may be doing more damage than good by killing
birds, bees, butterflies and beneficial insects and a few paltry
mosquitoes.
Garlic Research Labs, Inc. of Glendale, California discovered
that while eating garlic will not keep mosquitoes away from you,
spraying it on your yard - on the grass, shrubs and into trees
will keep mosquitoes away for up to three and four weeks per spraying.
They developed and market an extremely strong garlic extract
just for that purpose which chases out any mosquitoes that happen
to be present and keeps other mosquitoes from entering your yard.
The garlic spray becomes odorless to humans in about an hour,
but not to mosquitoes which have a heightened sense of smell some
10,000 times more sensitive than humans.
Spraying garlic on plants to keep insects away is not a totally
new idea, master gardeners and organic gardeners have been doing
it for decades to keep aphids, spider mites and other insects
away from flowers and garden plants.
Garlic Research Labs, Inc. makes their potent garlic available
to home owners factory-direct from their website at http://www.MosquitoBarrier.com.
If you don't want to spray poisons and you are interested in
an all natural way of getting rid of mosquitoes you might check
out their website.
As a bonus, the spray also simultaneously chases ticks out of
the yard.
