doesn't work, in response to this assinine opinion piece by Ian
Shanley, published Friday the 23rd, Please
stop the mosquito madness. Here's CROW's response, yet to be

CBC
interviewed Councillor Donald Benham on Friday, June 23.
Here's an excerpt, "'We've used malathion for a long time. It hasn't
worked, didn't get rid
of the mosquitoes.' We're the only city, the only municipality, that
uses malathion. Why is that? Are all the rest wrong? None of them have
mosquitoes? Of course they have mosquitoes. They've learned other ways
